Developing the kitchen hedgewitch.

Join me as we develop a functional core.  The core is the centre of our body and having a functional core has an impact on the rest of our body and wellbeing physically,  mentally and spiritually.   Finding functional movement.

- Weekly 30 minute yoga classes (these are recordings of the live class)
- Improving alignment
- Improving posture
- Strengthening core
- May help back pain
- Pelvic Floor friendly (may help with prolapse, diastasis, incontinence)
- Somatic techniques which may help with stress, anxiety and sleep
- Trauma-informed classes
