The Mindful Tea Cup

Take a walk to meet some edible and medicinal plants, improve mental wellbeing, mindful movement, relax and join me for a mindful cup of tea.

Mental health is one of the leading health issues of the developed world. Evidence shows that there are some lifestyle practices that can be utilised to help improve mental wellness.

In the tranquil surrounds of Harmony Fields and their therapeutic animals we will focus on a guided forage walk, some mindful movement and a guided tea drinking being aware of the smells, tastes, memories your chosen tea evokes, and where it feels to be working in the body.

Mindful tea drinking is the art of being present in the moment, finding gratitude, and connection.

Mindfulness has been shown to help with reducing anxiety, and stress, pain, improving sleep and helping people to feel happier. Mindfully drinking tea is an ancient practice, it can be an easier way to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into your daily life.
