Having a body that can move freely has a beneficial effect on your overall sense of wellbeing, mental, emotional, physical health, ability for your organs to work effectively, immune system, digestion and lymphatic system to work properly.  


Yoga sessions are core friendly and aim to help posture, back pain, and pelvic floor dysfunctions (incontinence, prolapse and diastasis).
