I specialise in Restorative Core Yoga classes. 

Core health is vital not only for your physical body but also for your whole health.  It is often said that all diseases begin in the gut and so healing needs to start in the gut.  When we are looking at healing on a holistic level we need to look at healing inside the body - with food and herbs - and also at the way the muscles, especially of the core, function, how the breath moves, how we feel within ourselves, how we connect to those around us and how we connect with nature outside of us.

Core issues are not often talked about and they can happen to anyone not just pregnant, postnatal or older women.  Some signs that you may be having core issues are: back pain, poor digestion, bloating, poor posture, pelvic girdle pain, pelvic health issues (incontinence, prolapse and diastasis).

Furthermore having a body that can move freely has a beneficial effect on your overall sense of wellbeing, mental, emotional, physical health, spinal mobility, ability for your organs to work effectively, immune system, digestion and lymphatic system to work properly.   


The yoga sessions include breathwork, alignment and movement.   

Classes are not currently available.
